I'm setting up an enclosure for my first chameleon, He will be a Jackson's Juvinile.
Cage is a reptibreeze 48 inch high.
I have multiple hibiscus plants and I'd like to place one in his enclosure. Hibiscus require LOTS of light so I have purchased the following lighting
Zoomed Daylight Blue 60watt
http://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-Daylight-Incandescent-Reptile/dp/B000255OV8
And a Reptisun 5.0
http://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-ReptiSun®-Compact-Fluorescent/dp/B00061V4PI
and a 12,000 lumen 6500k grow light
http://www.amazon.com/Feliz-Watt-Grow-Light-6500K/dp/B003E2IC5Q
They grow light is where I have the question, I have it now and it gives off low heat but I'm not sure if all three lights will be healthy for the chameleon.
Is there a downside to too much light if his humidity and tempature is correct?
He will be on a 12 hour daylight timer.
