L. williamsi FAIL...

I velcro'd some bamboo tubes in my L. williamsi tanks hoping that they would lay their eggs inside and I would be able to remove them (they are gluers). Wasn't quite what I hoped for, though I did get a few to lay in them.

Fantastic!! :D I love those little guys and had a bunch of them for a while.

Tip: Take a small plastic container (like the ones they give you at the deli or take-out - like a 1 or 2 oz. plastic thing they put ketchup or mayo in...) and tape it over the eggs so they don't get wet when you are spraying. This will keep them dry and then you can still check on them from the other side of the glass.

Good luck with them!

Yup, that's Lygodactylus for you! :D

Seems like they all try to lay their eggs in the worst place possible...

Good luck with those eggs!!

Actually I've been hatching and raising these guys for a year now and have successfully hatched some in the parents tank and raised them in a seperate tank. I was just trying a new method to make things easier. This is what I do when they are stuck to the tank:
