That looks the same size as my Veiled who is 3-4 months old. There will be little visible spurs on the back of it's hind feet it it's a male and usually a higher veil

These are the best pictures I have of his back feet, I'll try to find more

How long do I wait to hold her, at the store it took 2 ladies 5 minutes to get him into the little box, he loved climbing on the ladies and they had to pry her off! She had been climbing in the front near the door, staring at me, then pushing on the door to get out. It's now been 50 hours since we got her

let me ask you is there little lump looking things on the base of the back feet or are the back feet flat on the backs of them? And i would wait at least a week until you hold her.

Ok, so it has little lumps on the back of its feet, thanks for all the replies!!!
Ok then that is a male then. Which can be good and not good at the same time. Males don't lay eggs obviously but they are usually more aggressive as they get older but thats not always the case. If you can get a really good pic without the screen in the way of the back of the back feet. only because females sometimes have little lumps on the back feet and can be mistaken for a male.
