Please be aware that I’m not a vet, I just speak from experience and what I’ve learned over the years of keeping chameleons and many other reptiles.

If you’ve been overdosing both prEformed vitamin A and D3, while both may be at toxic levels, the effects would not be as evident due to their interaction…but from what I remember, it will show up eventually as organ damage or some other health issue. Hopefully if this is what it is you caught it in time.

I am assuming it was his CPK (Creatine Protein Kinase) levels. My CPKs go up through the roof often and I have to be hospitalized for a week each time.

My CPK is 4,600 at the moment. On an IV drip. I have every test in the world going on, with cancer, possible CKD, and a bunch of other things. So at the moment, I have Rhabdo
