Juvenile progression

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the feeding progression for babies (30.04.07)
At the moment they are hunting baby crickets and have had lots of fruit flies,house flies etc.
I ask as i think sometimes i am a bit blind to exactly what sized food they can manage.Ive watched them eat flies as big as their heads but im not sure that its too much strain all the time and they would prefer smaller items for comfort and enjoyability.

Any advice appreciated.

I´ve read somewhere that ideal size of their food should be 3/4 of the size of their head. But my chameleon can swallow even bigger things, so it´s up to you to choose. But if you give them something larger, be prepared to call the vet
