If she is carrying lots of babies its possible that the pressure of them inside her as they grow is preventing her from breathing well/getting enough air. Chameleons will also open their mouth when they are not well. All we can do is take the best guess at it. I would say it might be time to take her to the vet...but then if she's close to delivering, that might not be the best thing either. Sorry I can't give you a better answer without more information.
