Feed everything in the morning. Cut out the mealworms and use superworms instead, sparingly though. Get some roaches (red runners, orange-headed, ivory-headed, and dubias can't climb or fly), silkworms, hornworms, butterworms, and black soldier fly larvae to add to her diet. She doesn't look fat from that picture, but that could just be me.

Most of those you listed you can't find around here but I will try my best. And What should I do about her eating the sand?

she is trying to make up for nutrients and minerals she isn’t getting from her diet. Somewhat common, won’t cause an impaction unless she is eating it in large quantities.
