Is it weird that my chams like each other?

Ahah I think it's kinda weird that my chams like each other. I bought them from the same person and they were housed together. I've had them for about a month and I think they're too old to be housed together but when I put marley(the smaller and greener one) into another cage the other one(Bonez) wouldn't stop searching around his cage looking for marley and marley kept trying to dig out of his cage. They stay "connected at the hip" all the time, even sleep on the same branch. So they're still housed together now. In a week or two I'm just gonna suck it up and put Marley in his own cage for sure, but for now id like to show y'all my chams that are bffs

That's very cute for sure, if they really stay close to each other a lot and seem agitated if you separate them then I think they can stay together a little while longer. I'm sure you are very careful to watch for any sign of aggression or lack of appetite which would indicate stress. Just one thing, is that a waterfall you have there? Not a good idea because they are so difficult to keep properly clean (insects, poop, then bacteria and slime). If chams drink from that they will get sick.

Thanks! & I know about the waterfall, I change the water in it everyday. And put water conditioner in it as well. But thanks for the concern! I appreciate your input

Ok, it's just that I had one myself and after about 6 months it got slimy again almost straight away even though I cleaned it everyday. Just a lot of work that isn't really needed. Your choice though
