Identification of chameleon found in garden

Hi there!

First time poster here, so I hope I don't mess up with the details.
I live in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa.
Our garden is a haven for Cape Dwarf Chameleons.

Today however I found this guy lounging about. I can see he is a sub-specie of the Dwarf Chameleon (or am I wrong?), but I have no clue which.

Expert help would be greatly appreciated.

He only maintains this one color by the way, even when put back in his habitat.

Where in the Cape? I lived in the Summerset West area for 5 years! This is probably a female chameleon. Due to the color tones.

I would have to guess that you found a "Little Karoo dwarf chameleon or Robertson dwarf chameleon" look it up and tell me what you think.

IMO, it looks like a Midland Dwarf Chameleon. Maybe a Juvenile female based on the colors. How awesome to be able to create a thread about finding a chameleon in your garden! Lucky!!

Definite male, you can see the hemipenal bulge.

As far as identification, I think it is Bradypodion pumilum but I'm sure @Chris Anderson will comment identify it

This is actually Bradypodion occidentale, which lives in some areas of northern Cape Town, such as Tygerberg.
