I’s this mouth rot

I don’t know if this is mouth rot or not but should I take it to a vet or I’m I able to treat this at home

That looks like mouth rot to me along with possibly an impacted/infected (can’t think of the word) gland. You’ll definitely need a good vet to treat it properly.

His eye looks swollen as well. Needs a visit with an experienced Cham vet asap!
