I’m under attack

I just realize I never told y’all what happened to the invader. I’m sorry but I’m protecting my holdfast

To be fair it was b4 I knew what it was. Sorry

No apologies! I once had a wasp nest in the ground in my front yard. I poured some gasoline in it, stepped back and threw match at it. Fire in the hole! Never saw another wasp after that.

Now I love and welcome the little pollinaters that are bumble and honey bees but wasps, yellow jackets and hornets? NIMB(or F)Y

I know I’m late to the party but yes, my chams eat them all the time as well.

If you want to kill them without chemicals just mix up a lot of dawn in a good pressure spray bottle and blast them with it. They get coated and can’t fly, then the suffocate and die in about 5-10 sec.

I really want to buy a pair. They want $25  For a sexed pair. Should I do it? I like the idea that the females can live for so long.

Your call, they can be a little sensitive IME. Make sure you have everything right or they will die. I bought 5 of them originally that I failed with, got 5 more nymphs and now these are doing well and have been for about 8 months or so.
