noticed my chameleon has this on his mouth… is it mouth rot… how should I handle this.

Hi. You need to take him to a vet who has experience with chameleons. I would guess the vet will need to clean the area out and most definitely prescribe antibiotics.

Definitely needs to see a vet, a husbandry review should probably be done too
