i know people say dont feed too many meal worms cause of the hard shell ..but what about super worms?i heard that there shells arent as hard ...has any one really had and problem using them as a staple food or ever tried using them as a staple and had no problem???the reason i ask is because there super easy to gut load and dont runn and hide as much as crickets and dubi roaches...dang little buggers......oh yeah and i know there shouldnt be an actual staple food or what not that variety is the key but some times feeders other that crickets ,dubi, and supers are a hastle to get...

"up to 10% mealworms if the diet is not otherwise high in soft bodied feeders. If however you use a LOT of soft feeders, like hornworms and silkworms, you could increase the mealworms to as much as 20%. If you use primarily crickets and similar, dont overdo the mealworms. 20% if superworms and the diet is not otherwise high in soft bodied feeders.
