I just bred my two panthers over the weekend. Is it normal for the female to go off food a few days after breeding?

yes, females will go a few days without eating before laying her eggs.

IMHO it's not normal for the female to go off food in the days immediately after mating...unless maybe if she was still in with the male when she should have already been removed. She shouldn't go off food until she is approaching the laying time and then not every female even does it then.
