Well, after 3 years and 2 months that I had my little girl Peach, she has now gone onto her tree in the sky...
It seems like she died too young, but the vet said for female panthers that's pretty good. She had an egg that broke and infected her insides (kidneys or something). It was just too much for her to keep fighting but she had her strength until the end, and fought a good fight.
She was my last cham. After losing Picasso during Christmas, my older male, I now lost my female too.
I think I will be taking a break from chams for a little while...it's too emotional to lose them and their life span is NOT very long, even if you're lucky to have one for 5 - 7 years, that's still pretty short.
Goodbye Peach...I'm going to miss you!
Until my next cham....
