Frustration at its best

I just need to share my frustration! So back before Christmas I ordered a futon frame and mattress from overstock.com. I received it prior to Christmas, unfortunately the left arm had a defective screw hole and the screw would not tighten.

I called, they sent a replacement......a RIGHT arm and it was cracked all the way down!!!

I called again and they said they were sending a replacement....it never shipped. So I called several days later and they said they would find it and ship it.

It arrived today....and wouldn't you know ITS A RIGHT ARM!!!!!

OMG! I called pissed off as it has been over 3 weeks and they cant rectify the situation. Now they are sending a whole new futon frame and mattress and I am supposed to pull the part out myself then wait for the UPS people to show up within the next 10 business days to pick the rest up. I have several words, but cant express them!
 
Very frustrating. I bet you won't be ordering from them again. While we are on the subject of frustration. You can't guess my real name. I have left red herrings to make it impossible.
 
Calm down, count to ten and breathe....feel better, probably not!...go love on your two boys and that will calm you.
 
Aww damn I mis-read the thread. LOL.

LOL even funnier. You do not know half the story. There are just so many layers. It all goes so far back. I am everywhere on forum and I am nowhere so LOL.
