Food change

So I'm wondering if I should change my chameleons food schedule. I usually feed him about 5 crickets before work 5 during and 5 after. But idk if he should be changed to once a day or keep it almost a buffet. He's about 4-5 months old. Opinions please

Once a day will be adequate enough. I would also try to add some variety to his diet by adding different worms such as supers, butter and silkworms. roaches are also a great feeder option too!

many keepers feed their chams once a day, generally in the morning or early afternoon. its best to always give them about an hour in the morning under their basking light before feeding to warm up and to finish feeding them about 4 hours before lights out as they need that time to bask in order to properly digest

I've been feeding him before I go to with- he is sleeping and I usually don't get home till 10am which is my lunch. I probably try that schedule tomorrow and see he he acts. He is stubborn and spoiled
