Finally Picked Up My Baby Panther! = D

Went out and picked up my little dude earlier today... He is such a cutie and I LOVE hime! I got him from Amazing Blue Reptiles, the lady I dealt with was SO nice and was kind enought to meet me somewhere locally. She even brought 3 babies with her for me to choose from. He looks healthy to me and very alert and active. I feel complete, lol!

Haven't named him yet, going to wait and see what his personality is going to be like.

One thing I have noticed since I brought him home is that he tends to "gape" a lot. Like open his mouth a little and keep it open for a few seconds a time. Is this ok? Is he just trying to gather some moisture? I did see him drink straight from the hose on the dripper but he kind of still looks "lost" in his new home. I know he'll figure it out...

What are his temps?? It could be that they are too high or they also do it when they are annoyed. As hard as it may be... try to leave him be why he is figuring out his new digs. By the looks of it, I would have to say he is 3 to 4 months old. Right??

He is a little over 3 months, is what I was told.

His temp was at 84 but has now gone down to 73. He seems to be good now... I don't want to spook him more than he already is so I left him alone in the bedroom, lol!

our little ambilobe girl from there...i swear, she's almost "lilac" in color....absolutely LOVE her... hopefully the few eggs we have will hatch and be healthy and look like their mom! (not that dad isn't fantastic, but astrid just melts my heart!)
