Im wondering what it means when my female veiled turns a solid lemon color almost completly yellow? She is about 4-5 months and i have never seen this she has no other color showing but solid yellow and white stripe on her side .

85 being the low and 95 basking? If thats it you want the cage temps to be 70's ambient and 80 basking...

I havent heard of the yellow as a color for a gravid female but that could be it. Do you have a laying bin in the cage?

This is the only one i could get then she turned back green

Based on the temps you describe and the fact that color change is one of the ways chameleons regulate their body temperature (darker to absorb heat/ lighter to reflect it) my guess is that she is too hot.
I would also suggest a basking spot of 80, or no basking spot at all if the temperature at the top of the cage is close to that.
