Female veiled chameleon hanging

So my female veiled chameleon is hanging by front legs with eyes closed. First time she's done this and I'm a little concerned

What happens if you take her down? Do it carefully...you don't want to damage her toes or pull out the nails.

When will her lights go out?

She's walking around on my hand and arm but eyes are still closed I've been doing research and found she's dehydrated but I've got a little water in her and then she got a bit more active
