3 types of greens and 7 different types of other vegetable. Dry gut load with tons of stuff including bee pollen, brewers yeast, kelp powder, alfalfa, sunflower seeds, almonds, basil, spirulina, coconut, flaxseed, small amount of Rapashy etc.etc.
And they eat every speck, nothing left to ever spoil or mold. I don't even need to clean the vegetable bowl everytime as it's so clean.
What we won't do for our chams!!!

I guess I just need to print off the list in Sandra's blood on dry stuff, and just do it. :) tonight's menu for the 'food's food' was squash, sweet potato, and strawberries.

Gotta have lots of feeders to feed lots of chams :<)

I noticed this myself several weeks ago when checking out at the grocery store. All the healthy stuff was for the bugs!!

It sure is in Sandra's blood...she's been eating bugs on purpose lately: https://www.chameleonforums.com/butterworms-safe-122064/

(Nice feeders, Steve!)

Yes I noticed her recipes for bug meals. Not quite sure what to think about that. I ate a chocolate covered cricket once but I DONT see myself trying ANY of those recipes out anytime :eek: To each his or her own but I'll save my bugs for my chams!!! :D
I Will sacrifice eating ANY of my bugs so my chams can have them.

I love chocolate, but chocolate is perfect on its own. LOL!!!!!! Count me in on the sacrifice too.

you never know until you try :) LOL

In some countries some insects are considered a delicacy :D Your recipes sound very good I'm just not sure about some of the ingredients. :) You are correct you never know until you try but in this case I think I'll just never know :<)
