Feeding Schedule Help!

I recently found a local pet shop that sells Dubia Roaches. I am very interested into encorperating him into my Chams diet.
My boy is approximatly 5 months old... I THINK.

His "petstore" diet was 5 crickets daily, 2 mealworms twice weekly.

Is that a good regimin? How would I include the roaches into that?
He typically eats about 5 crickets a day. (2 in morning, 3 in afternoon)
How many times a week should I feed him roaches/mealworms?!
Should I include hormworms/other things. Unfortunatly silkworms are not an option- no one carries them and I can't ship them.
Im very confused. haha! I just want a great feeding regimen for him!
THANKS ALL!

I think would've probably guessed 4 months old, maybe because the store was underfeeding him. You can give him 10 medium sized crickets a day. That's a good dose of mealworms though. This caresheet has a recommended feeding shedule on page 2 - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/chameleonsinmyhouse/395-veiled-chameleon-care-sheet.html . One roach counts for one cricket with mine. There are lots of things you can add, I even threw in the occasional wild caught spiders and flies when mine were younger. Here's a good list - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/74-feeders.html

You are a life saver! Honestly- you are the most advice-giving guru ever!
I've been searching high and low for a DIRECT answer that wasn't "give them what they can eat in 5 minutes", because he won't eat much infront of me yet, and its hard to tell!
THANKS SO MUCH David. Your practically Commah's godfather!
