Feeding issues

So I've had my Juvenile Jackson's Cham for about a week now but he still isn't eating the proper amount of insects that he should be eating throughout the day. He is only eating about 3-5 gut loaded silk worms a day when I know they should be eating exponentially more. The temp. stays in a range of about 70-80F during the day and his humidity levels range from 60-90 degrees. I don't know if it's HOW i feed that might be stressing him out, or maybe just my presence but he isn't eating as much as he should be. Sometimes he will eat off of my hand, and other times I will place the worm on a branch that he can reach. Am I feeding him the wrong way? Should I be keeping a consistent amount of food in his enclosure in a feeder cup? If you could please give some advice it would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

P.S.- He is a light greenish color with a few dark spots and stripes when I try tp feed him. Could I be stressing him out when I am trying to hand feed him?

jacksons dont eat as much as panthers and veileds do.

How big are the silkworms you are feeding him?

About an inch. Am I feeding him right by hand feeding him or leaving it on a branch, or am I stressing him out by doing that and suppressing his hunger?

If he wil hand feed, its fine.

You can leave them on a branch and let him eat that way too.

its up to you.

It could be stressing him out, but I cant say for sure.

If hes eating 3-5 inch long silks a day, hes doin gjust fine.

Thank you so much! What is your opinion on feeder bowls? Should I be keeping a consistent amount of food for him in the enclosure when it comes to crickets or dubia roaches?
