Feeders In San Diego?

So I have been browsing around looking at online feeders and seems that the cost of shipping bumps up the price. Not saying they are not good deals but i'd rather pick some up personally and not have to wait for them through the mail. Anyone know of any places here in San Diego that sell feeders besides crickets, mealworms, or roaches. I was thinking of trying Butterworms, Pheonix Worms, Horn Worms, Reptiworms... Something I can use as a staple diet that would be a lot healthier than crickets. Thank you!:D

Oh awesome. They are still an hour away but I think I can do that... I usually pick up my crickets from a Cricket Ranch in Lakeside but wanted to try something else. I e-mailed them so I hope they get back to me soon. Do you know if they have local pick ups?

True, I just looked up the cost of gas to make it up there and back. I was thinking of maybe finding someone near me willing to pay a little extra for something there. They require a minimum of a 14 dollar purchase. (sigh) i'm going to think about it some more and do the math and see what I can do. I saw some pheonix worms at the Petsmart right near me but I called yesterday and they don't have them anymore. They said they might get some tuesday, i'll have to stop by and check.

I believe Reptiworms (or one of those brands) is doing a promotional pack for something like $7 shipped. That's a pretty decent price. Be sure your chameleon chews them though or they might be pooped out whole again. Some chameleons won't eat them also. My panthers ignored them when they were younger, but my Pygmies like them.

The people at Mulberry Farms are great. I picked up their horn worm special and butter worms. They recommended UPS ground shipping and I would get the next day.

Yeah, i'm actually going to split the cost in half with another forum member. Get the 4 cups for 4$ and just split it up. :D AWESOME!
