Need advice: what else should I ask vet to check

Ok, gonna do this proper this time.

Your Chameleon - Jackson, F, WC, est. 2yrs old, have had her 1.5 yrs.

Handling - once or twice a week for sunshine time. She doesn't gape at me anymore.

Feeding - crickets, roaches, horn worms. She won't eat mealworms, superworms, or black soldierfly larvae (seems afraid of them). She gets fed few every 2-3 days. I put 5-7 in there and fish out what she doesn't eat later. Currently not eating so using a little carnivore care and finely ground insect meal when I can syringe it into her. I gutload bugs with fruits/veg from kitchen prep and the hoity-toity salad bar at the local Whole Foods knock off. Edit to add that her tongue isn't extending as it should at this point due to not getting enough food/supplements.

Supplements - All Repashy. Calc w/o D every time, calc w/D 1/month, muti 1/month. (Calc w/D and multi rotate every other week.)

Watering - hand misting morning and night. She has always ignored the dripper. Humidifier specifically for her cage from midnight to 5AM. Humidity barely reaches 80% for more than a couple of minutes at each spraying and when the humidifier kicks on. Averages 50-55% overnight and 30-40% daytime. This has been a struggle due to local clinate and I have been wrestling with changing her into a glass terrarium if I can balance the humidity. It runs too high without a fan and is too low (and too cold) with a fan.

Fecal Description - She hasn't pooped lately that I can find in her cage. She was bloated for a while and then "deflated." More info below.

History - she was healthy until about 2-ish months ago when she developed a swollen mouth and apparent mouth rot/infection. I didn't take her to the vet immediately because I thought her puffy jaw was her being mad/puffed up. There were abrasions in her mouth, per the vet. 2 rounds of antibiotics and worming. She hasn't really come out of this and her weight fluctuates due to her not eating. She's on a downswing again. She CAN open her mouth but she won't do it for me so I can syringe feed her. I have to trick her but she's catching on. He mouth parts look healthier again but still a tad whiter than I'd like. She's not drinking well, either. She's not "skinny" but she's dropped from her usual 63g to 61g as of two days ago. She's more lethargic than usual since the mouth thing.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Currently screen, 2x2x4, sides with plastic.

Lighting - Repti-Zoo T5.0 UVB (reading adequate levels), basking lamp, other led lights for the plants.

Temperature - All temps +/-. I rent a room in the house and do not have control of the hvac. Day: 70F top, 65F bottom. Overnight: 60-62F in summer (@ 2 months of this) , 52-55F in cooler months. Basking is 80-82F consistently. Measurement using Govee hygro/thermometers. Separate temp gauge for basking.

Humidity - Check watering info above. Govee hygro/thermometers for tracking.

Plants - Live plants? Hoyas, piperomias, orchids, money tree, ficus, button fern, string of hearts

Placement - In bedroom on a side table (24 inches high), sadly almost under the vent but it hasn't messed with daytime temps too much and she gets the best night temps of my gang right now with the A/C. Just put a directional cover on my shopping list

Location - western Montana, USA. High desert.

Current Problem - I've been fighting with her eating since she got sick. Our vet in town is one of the few exotic vets in out state recommended for reptiles. The next closest is 3 hours away. Both me and our doc are at a loss. She's been xrayed and ultrasounded. (No babies.) She was my only lizard with worms and I'd worm again if I knew i could get it in her. I have to hold her up in front of one of my males to get her mad enough to open her mouth and it only works once a day. She sees that syringe coming and she clams up. Anyway, I'm monitoring her weight loss and will call the vet Monday if I need to again, but she doesn't know what to do either.

Question: What else could we look at to find out why she is feeling low and not eating?

Sorry for the handheld picture. She comes to work occasionally so I can see if I can feed her. It didn't work today and she's mad at me. Usually, I'm harassing her first thing in the morning so she gets to stay home. She's asleep by the time I get home at night.

Has she been tested for parasites in recent times? I know that parasites can mess with their appetite and weight. I'd recommend bringing a fecal sample to the vet. The tricky part is, since you don't have luck even knowing if she is passing stools, is hoping she can time it well enough before the visit.
You'd wanna find it and fridge it (I'm not sure the time limit but I think it can't be over 24 hours old? Unsure if fridging extends this? Someone smarter feel free to chime in!)

She was fecal tested 2 months ago. (She made it easy though by having a worm hanging out her bum.) That is part of the plan, which is why I'm annoyed I couldn't find the poo after she "deflated." We want to recheck. I managed to get some food in her tonight when I got home and will try again tomorrow, so hopefully she'll give up the goods. I also out some smaller roaches in her feeder tonight that may be easier to catch. Fingers crossed

I don’t have any great ideas. Can I see more pictures of her from different angles? From what little I see in that picture her body condition looks pretty good. I have had some that were healthy but became lazy about eating due to force feeding. It took letting them get hungry enough to eat on their own. If she’s a bit fat you may have to skip feeding days to get her to hand feed or eat on her own if she can. Let’s see more of what she looks like and describe how much food she gets and how often.

I'll see if I can get a snapshot or two when I'm not handling her tomorrow. She gets all offended and turns into a green football when I'm holding her. And you may be right, she may just need to hunger strike a bit. Tonight is the first time I KNOW she's eaten in a week. Her eyes are starting to sink in and I got worried.
