Fake plants

Is it normal for my female veiled to try and eat the fake vines in her cage when she has a pothos plant and a hibicus she normally eats?

Really I've never seen her do that before but I did go ahead and mist her again her urates have never been yellow or orange or anything and her eyes aren't sunk In she is only about 3 months old tho and she did just shed.

It is not really a sign of dehydration. It can be for some species (like panthers) but veilds are known plant eaters. If she is eating other plants, and there are fake ones in with her, it would make since that she might try and sample the fake ones. If she is biting on a vine, then Id say thats somewhat normal behavior, as they can act quite silly at times.

Ok good deal I just found it kinda odd I figured shed be able to tell by the smell of something good to know it is just a normal occurrence.
