I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the care sheets and archived care guides for my chameleons. The resources here in my opinion can not be matched!

Exactly, I could've held back posting, but when he wholesale disregarded the benefit of health/husbandry history forms; I took issue. He stated that those forms are not widely accepted as best practice. I can't comprehend any diagnosis of anything (cham, car, computer, etc...) that wouldn't benefit from a form like that.

My veterinarian had me fill out the almost exact same form the first visit

It's an old school method and it'd be really cold run off, but it's technically doable. A cup with a pinhole on the bottom containing room temp water is more effective, I think.
