So the enclosures coming along nicely.
I installed and mounted my automated misting lines by using the one hole the enclosure had when it arrived. Then I weaved it through the lattice as to hide it from site. All I have to do is cut the 1/4 hose I purchased from Lowe’s to length and mount in its perminant home towards the front of the enclosure to maximize water coverage while also directing as much as possible downwards onto the screen drainage hole which will drain into this Tupperware I plan on putting wood panneling on to make it more astetically pleasing. Im also going to add a bulkhead and a faucet so I do not have to remove the bin to drain it.
I also installed the piece of 2x6 up top with a screw in ring that I acquired so I could hang my potted pothos from the top of the enclosure, the board is 25” long to ensure that the weight is distributed throughout the enclosure, and it holds up to about 20-25 pounds of pressure no problem. Perfect to hang a potted plant.
I also coated the branches with a gloss clear coat as to seal the wood from any kind of moisture to obtain the maximum life time out of them, no one wants saggy wood! Haha
I’ll keep ya’ll updated! Here’s some pics
