I used West System Epoxy to waterproof the basin area. It's a great 2 part epoxy designed for boatbuilders. A lot of people who build giant plywood aquariums use this stuff. (Yep, I said plywood aquarium
...you should google it!) If it's good enough for boats and aquariums, it's good enough for my table!
Mostly complete. This is the small table, minus the supports up top. I got the Coroplast from a great local sign shop, Talley Sign in Lafayette. He asked, "what do you need these signs for?" LOL I'm sure he didn't anticipate my answer.
Closeup of drain.
I didn't build this drain table to accomodate drippers, lol. Here is my Mist King! The pump is mounted onto the legs of my big table. This pump is hefty! Haven't set it up all yet, as I am waiting on a 20 gallon White Rubbermaid Brute reservoir.
My two rotten boys. My Boxer is 75lbs and 30" tall when he sits, to give you a size idea. My Boston is 25lbs.
OK, I lied, looks like this will be 3 parts, not two. Why does it only let me load 5 pics per thread?
