cut off the handle to a large plastic jug and place on top of your cage. for anyone on a budget

attached is a picture of what it should look like. you can obviously make a more legitimate attachment than I did, but it's a start

Seems like a great idea, I would like to try it, but it does not have the best reviews by the look of it, how long have you been useing it for? How long does a bottle last at full blast?

i check the reviews out on it and the walgreens version and it depends on making sure you get the right bottle and i would think if it leaks it probably would not be any worse than a dripper.

does that sound right??

it's a portable humidifier that's pretty inexpensive compared to models made for reptiles. haven't had any problems with the bottles really. comes with a few different sized spouts to match different diameter water bottles. comes apart to clean easily.

had it for over a year and works great. goes on full blast for a whole day just fine. 2 or 3 depending on the levels and size of the bottle. i've used the long smart water bottles and they last quite a while
