Dehydrated Cham??? HELP

[LT2012]

I don't know what's going on with LT's poop/urine...his poop before had brown with white.Today he pooped and there was no urine, just brown.Though i have been finding little balls urine which are white with little orange in his cage. Is this normal? Or does it indicate dehydration? We've only had him for 3 weeks. We used to see him drink when we first got him, but recently we haven't really seen him drinking.

how dried out was the urate ball when you found it>
if it was totally dry, it changes color. if it was still wet, then he could be dehydrated.
