Hi there I was just reading your thread . I'm not going to weigh in here because I'm as well new to chamealon. What I do want to say is my Frances had eye issues also respiratory issues .she had a very tough start . We got her from pet smart . We researched maybe 2 years on chamealons . Got the set up then got her . We know the risk of a pet store chamealon but she was so tiny in a very inadequate enclosure . We also knew they would just replace her with another . It did not matter because even if she only lived 3 weeks it would be 3 weeks with care .
This was the eye ointment . Also her enclosure we initially got was set up wrong even after search . This was Frances when we first got her . This is Frances now 7 months later . It's all about knowledge and Husbandry . ALL We have learned on care for there's beautiful baby's have come from here . It's so very nice to see other taking advice and going above and beyond for there baby . I wish you and your baby the very best .
