I run a candle and tea shop and I have about thirty different kinds of dry, organic herbs that I can use for gutloading. I'm not too sure what would be appropriate for worms and roaches/crickets.
Any other stuff I may need to buy to mix in I can do, I'd just like a general idea of what I CAN use, and the appropriate quantites if known.
I know plenty of this is probably unsafe, but if anything is safe on this list I would love to use it
On a side note, what is a good base for worm food, and what is a good base for roach/cricket food?
Here is my list!
* Angelica
* Barley
* Bay Leaf
* Burdock
* Caraway Seeds
* Catnip
* Chamomile
* Cinnamon
* Comfrey
* Fenugreek
* Hawthorn
* Hibiscus
* Holy Thistle
* Lavender
* Marjoram
* Mugwort
* Patchouli
* Pennyroyal
* Peppermint
* Rosemary
* Rose Hips
* Rosemary
* Sage
* Thyme
