Critter Condo for Pyg's?

Would a critter condo like the one show here work for pygmys?

I believe it should, they hold good humidity and are relatively water proof inside.

How would you set up the lights and get decent air flow? Plus you have to set up the drainage right. If you could figure out how to do it it should work. I would be most concerned about the air and keeping the pygmies away from the lights.
