coffee grinds

Hello, i'm kinda curious if coffee grinds have anything to offer as a gutload? I feed my roach colony almost anything that goes in my composter and thats where the coffee grinds go and that got me wondering if it could be at all beneficial?

Found this link with nutritional data on coffee. I'm sure it varies a little based on what kind of coffee but from the looks of it probably not much in the way of nutritional benefits. The Ca ratio is really low too.

What about Caffeine??? Does it remain in the grinds after it is brewed? I don't think that could be a good thing!

Yeah I was wondering about that too. Wasn't sure how well that was transferred through bugs but I don't imagine it being a good thing if it is.
