Just got home to find out he got seized.....over a birthday. Are you freakin kiddin me. Maybe if there was a turtle or maybe a rhino horn, but seriously....a birthday. I think they ran out of things to seize and now they got nothing better to do.
I am really glad that the others made it o.k. and hope the wait was not too stressful on them or you for that matter Rob. We are going to continue the fight for that guy.
Well that completely ruined my plans on going to the zoo tomorrow. I believe I had a previous post stating how much I hate U.S. Customs. I again will back that up. When I receive U.S. CITES permits they never have birthdays, only Furcifer pardalis, and the max number allowed on the permit. I never have really had any issues except they lost my chameleons in transit for a few hours.
I can't believe how anal U.S. Customs is in comparison to Canadian Customs.

yes they are holdin tamaras pet mitsio simba on a chickenshit issue then changed there mind about me shipping him bk to them today after he was booked an me waiting at air canada for her to bring him bk.

Yea the chams birthday. It was feb 11 and I guess it was incorrect so they took him from rob.

yeah the chams birthday the papers had the younger ones bday which even that if you have a bunch of chams they will have diff hatch dates as they dont always hatch out at once.regardless of the birthday mistake he shouldnt be taken away to begin with an even so they should have let me ship him bk out again like i was there to do had him booked only to be told they were now keepin him because of tamaras persistance.it just isnt rite at all an im sick over it an ima do whatever it takes to get him bk

oh it totally was an is i was told i hadto ship him rite bk fri an i was there to do so an had it booked have the conf email even an the field officer got bent cause drews wife wanted talk to her supervisor they had her in tears.
It isnt rite and im not just letting them steal my chameleon the worst part is not knowin whos takin care of him. this isnt a wc this is a cb young adult that was raised up it was there pet.

Everyone is doin good eatin an drinkin, its funny cause the raiden males are the smallest an i remember was talkin to tamara while drew was pickin them out an one them bit him well think i know which it is. i was checkin them out a lil and went to even get near one of the raiden males an without hesitation he hauled off an bit me the littlest ones an he has the most attitude

That would be awesome to get a cham with an attitude, the one I have now is so mellow he doest even open his eyes when I every once in awhile take him out of his enclosure to see him fired up after he has gone to bed

dont know that we will they are goin for forfiture but we will fight it everystep of the way course no news over the weekend haveta wait it isnt goin be a simple here you go but wont know till actually talk to an inchrage person not a pissed off field officer
but rest assured im not given them that chameleon
