my chameleon(jacksons) has a problem,the corner of his mouth looks damaged or infected what should i do about this?

There is a temporal gland in the corners of their mouth than can get infected. Many jax end up having trouble with this. The gland will need to be opened up, cleaned out, disinfected, and the cham put on a systemic antibiotic.

Yep, time to take him to the vet. There's nothing we can do or that you can do at home to help that problem.
