Hi. What exactly are your concerns? I do see some errors that need correcting.
He looks quite young. You could feed him as much as he can eat in a 15 minute period. Crickets are okay, but variety is best. Roaches and silkworms are great additions. You need to feed your bugs healthy foods so that they offer more nutrition to your cham. Attaching both feeder and gutloading sheets.
So, your supplements are a bit off and you’re giving too much vitamin D3. This can build up to toxic levels, so you need to stop using the calcium with D3. The Repashy calcium plus LoD is a combination of multivitamin and D3. You’ll use that one feeding every other week. Continue the calcium without D3 at every feeding.
Your guy is tiny now, but they grow quick and he’ll be needing a minimum of a 2x2x4’ enclosure.
Looks like your uvb is the screw in bulbs. Sad to say, those aren’t able to provide adequate levels of uvb any farther than 2“ away. You need to get a linear T5HO fixture with a 5.0 uvb bulb. Like this one.
https://www.pangeareptile.com/store/arcadia-prot5-uvb-kit.html It needs to be 8-9” above your basking area. As babies like to screen climb, you should suspend all of your lights above the top of your enclosure to prevent risk of burns.
A temp of 85 is too hot for a baby. Try to bring that down to around 78-80. At night there should be a temp drop.
Humidity is a bit high. It needs to be between 30-50% during the day. The glass tank is most likely keeping your humidity too high. I would definitely just use the screen enclosure.
Yes, you need to get all of the fake plants out and replace them with real ones. Attaching 2 safe plant lists for you. All it takes is one nibble of a fake leaf and your little one can get impacted. The mossy vine needs to go too. I hang my fake plants on the outside of my enclosures for extra privacy. You can use branches from outside…just avoid pine and other trees with sap. Give a scrub with some dish soap, blast with the hose and dry in the sun. A great way to hang plants, branches and vines are Dragon Ledges, if they can be budgeted in.

Of course, feel free to ask as many questions as you need.
