sounds good. was thinking that, just didn’t want to make the rest of the tank cold, i’ll see what i can do to prop it up. any other changes? Two quick things change lights to 12 on 12 off 7-7 or 8-8 your call. 90 is way too hot get that down to 80 ASAP lift the basking light up off the cage top a few inches as necessary or use a lower wattage bulb. I use 40 Watt vanity bulbs sometimes.
• my chameleon - marley, they said she was 2 but vet thinks a little bit younger, somewhere around 1 & 1/2He’s sick. Fill out the help form, link in my signature.
daytime temp of house stays around 70, with her being next to the window the bottom corner of her cage gets to about 63, she’s never down there thoughIs the daytime temperature of you whole house 63˚F or just at night?
sounds good, i’ll make sure to cover it up. do we have any ideas why she’s napping? She will probably do better if that side of the cage is more protected. Drafts from the window can cause problems.
Can you post a couple of photos of her from the side please so I can see all of her head and body fairly close please?
she’s been drinking fairly well, doesn’t seem to bask but i just got a heat gun & realized basking was too hot so that might helpHas she been drinking well? Basking a lot?
