Carpet cham

Okay more experienced forum members I just bought a gravid carpet cham for $180 shipped. Assuming wc. Did I get duped?

ive seen fl chams sell them for 200, and other places for 100... so id say thats a deal esp if shes gravid.

That's what I was thinking. I have seen 2 pics of her and she looks great, greener than some carpets I've seen. She was mated 3 weeks ago and he says is showing signs and colors of being gravid. I love carpets and have wanted to breed them for awhile now.

You say its a female & its green in color? Male carpets are typically green. Females are normally black background color with multiple colors of dots all over their body when gravid. I had a cb pr a cpl of yrs ago. And my female was mostly blue with some green when she was receptive. So if shes showing predominantly green coloration she is either a he, or she isnt gravid.

Which subspecies is it your getting? I had the smaller species lateralis lateralis.

Yeah your link aint working. I saw his ad for those on KS i think. The pic on his ad was a male. He was impressive looking though. He had some awesome looking blue turrets. Im def not a carpet guru. Dooley1 is the go to carpet guy. Just wanted you to get what you wanted/ordered. Good luck with the cham.
