Bump beneath Deremensis eye

Hello,
My I noticed a bump right beneath my Male deremensis left eye. His temporal glands are clear, it could be sinus that needs a clean out. Taking him to an exotic vet while I'm up over Christmas break. More so interested what you all think. Humidity is usually around 70-78 during the day and 90-97 at night. Temps in the 60s at night, mid 70s during the day and a basking spot of about 78-82 depending on the day.

My friend who is currently housing them for me while I'm living in a dorm right now and can't fit them lol, noticed it about a week ago.
I also have the male in a 24x18x36 with a 12% T5 Acadia and 12 7% T5 and the the female has a 6% T5 in a 24x18x24. The male is being moved to a 36x18x36 and the female to the 24x18x36 in the next few months.

An exotic vet is definitely the way to go. If this is a bacterial infection it could easily be much larger on the inside and this is just the tip that is bubbling to the surface. But if that were the case I would expect the eye turret to inflate instead of being on the boney ridge. So the analysis from the vet to identify just what this is is critical to make sure the treatment is effective.

Just a note on the UVB...the Arcadia 12% is a pretty strong UVB bulb. I'd check those levels and make sure there is dense foliage in that cage. A bulb that strong needs to be elevated above the top of the cage to let the obnoxiously high UVB dissipate before getting inside where the chameleon can be exposed to it.

UPDATE: So I took him to the vet this morning. Vet said it appears to be a fluid filled "cyst". She agreed with me that it doesn't seem to be bothering him. She said it doesn't appear to be bacterial or sinus. His whole inside of the mouth always didn't have any issues. It could be removed however he would have to be sedated which has a 50/ 50 chance of either not coming out or not making a full recovery. I'm learning more so to leaving it and just keeping an eye on it given the risk.

She also said it could go away on its own. So overall was very un-conslusive but glad to know that it does not appear an infection.

Also here's an updated picture of his enclosure. The 7% is in the back and 12% in the front.
