Building Stand Help

Hello,
I am trying to get control of the chaos that is my room right now. I have a shelving unit that currently has 1 20GL and a 29G tank on it. I also have a 24x24x48 zoo med cage I am trying to figure out how to build a stand with a built in drainage system? Anyone have any ideas?

I just bought a shelve system from home depot for $39 and a tub for $10. drilled some holes in the bottom of my cage. Here is a link to my setup , works great for me so far....

I tried various solutions.
The one with the most functionality for me also had the least visual appeal. You can see it here.

Figuring out how to contain the giant cage drainage was harder than I anticipated.

I was thinking about putting some nice looking tiling on the cinder blocks however. Other than that, the drainage is a snap.

It should work on any tabletop as long as you have the space for the cage.
