This is not a happy chameleon. This is a stressed chameleon... Puffing the body to look larger is a sign of defensiveness.

You should really start reading this husbandry program. These animals are not the type that you take out and play with. They have to have the correct enclosure with the correct lighting, food, supplements, temps, etc.... or they get sick and die.
