Bottom of viv?

Is it ok for a chameleon to go bottom of the cage often? Cleo has been doing this today but is eating and drinking fine and isn't sign of stress. She'll sit there for a while, move back up and then go back down.

Is she just looking around in general and keeping cool?

My girls do that when there ready to lay...I actually found one on the bottom of her cage today. I put a laying bin in there and she was digging 20 min later.
