Black on melleri foot

I would agree it look like more of a shedding issue mine do the same thing when they shed. They tend to have skin stay on the feet. I spray there feet with water when I am spraying the tank and after a few days it will come off. Just keep an eye on it as I have seen sometimes if they dont shed off an infected toe can happen.

Yes, this was a great thread. A real gem that should be remembered somehow. I hadn't heard about the treatment Ataraxia recommended. But I am glad I know now. The reason I feel this is so important is that this is a very common problem, especially, but not exclusively, with Melleri.

Perhaps a link to this thread could be added to the Melleri Discovery website?
