Best lighting for panther chameleon

Thanks ill give it more time. Should I store them in the fridge an keep feeding them bananas.
If you want them to metamorphose into flies, I wouldn't refrigerate them; I'd refer you to the articles above.

"Refrigerate" is technically correct, but probably overkill—literally. Keeping them cool can retard metamorphosis, but once you get down to 55F/12C they'll start to die off. A few folks here use a wine cooler (the kind you chill wine in—not the kind you drink 🤪 ); I understand they operate at around 55F.

Does he look on the thin side? Trying figure out how how I can get water an weight on him.

There's considerable difference between the first & second pics. Is there an explanation?

In the first pic, this animal looks extremely starved and dehydrated.

I would like to see this posted in its own thread in the Health Clinic forum.
In that post, I would copy/paste the questions from How to ask for help, with your own answers, and please include pics of the enclosure from top (showing lighting) to bottom (showing floor/substrate/drainage).

More people will be better able to help you and this chameleon that way.
