Baby supa food?

Hey guys, as you may know I recently got a small female jacksons form an expo. She's quite small so I'm assuming that she's captive bred. She ate a few days ago but is looking thin. I will post a picture of the setup later but I was wondering if there was a food I could give her just to put some meat on her bones! I was thinking about hornworms or waxworms but I wasn't sure as of yet. I was just lookin' for your inputs! Thanks

How old is she? Her age is a factor on how much you should feed her. Are you gutloading all of her insects?

Hello, she's small about 5 inches including her tail. I'm feeding her crickets that have been gutloaded at a reptile store near here, Repxotica. I think she might still be adjusting though but I wasn't sure

You can feed anything, as long as its not wider then the space between her eyes and no longer then her head. For a skinny chameleon, try anything she can't resist. Silkworms are great, but you'll have to feed them off fast because they grow at a super speedy rate. Hornworms as well, but same thing with them. You could buy a mantid ooth, hatch out baby mantids and feed them. Butter worms are great in calcium, and can't usually be denied. They're also easy to keep, just put them in the fridge. Phoenix/calci/repti worms are good, and come in little sizes for your little chameleon.

if you are looking for "fatty" things that are also gutloadable, try small superworms, small mealworms, small butterworms. In addition to lots of crickets etc. Silkworms are a good prey choice for any chameleon, as are terrestrial isopods, etc etc
