Current problem- I have been having the issue with the dry eyes in two of these babies. Well today the runt passed away and now I'm freaking out. I still have another one with the problem. I can't get into the vet until Monday. The one who died had the dry eyes and when misted she was fine. Then out of no where she became completely disoriented and couldn't barely hold herself up and gasping for air then died. It happened like immediately I was watching it was terrible. The gasping had me thinking respiratory infection but everything else has seemed eye related. No gasping until right before she died. I ended up putting a humidifier on the cage earlier in the week but it was getting humidity too high so now I just have it on in the room. The top of the cage is now staying 50% and the bottom 80%. 74 degrees ambient 88 in basking. The eyes just appeared dry before and now I think there may be a little crust I tried wiping it with a qtip and warm water. At night when they are asleep it appeared a little black around the eyelid. Please help -_-.. The earliest I can get then to the vet is Monday. Even then I'm not sure what they can do medicine wise for these little guys
