Baby panther chameleon swollen eye?

Hey guys,

I have a few baby panther chameleons that I am selling, but I've noticed that one or maybe two of them get a swollen eye. One of their eyes bulges out twice the size of the other, as if there is fluid, and they constantly blink to try and make it go away. I caught one of them trying to rub their eye against a leaf with water on it. I dont know how many of them have this since it seems to go away for periods of time. Any ideas on what it could be?
