Baby chameleon hatched

So my baby hatched just now well this morning and I don’t have food for them is it true can can go 3 days without eating or until they eat

Yes they hatched this morning and the ones that where dry I put in there enclosure and I was wondering if what do I do mean while I get food for th because I thought they where not going to hatch today

I think you need to get some pinhead crickets and fruit flies ASAP! I think you can get fruit flies at a petco and they eat a lot so make sure you get a lot of them. I think you need to feed them twice a day and around 10-20 feeders at a time but will tag some other people in to be sure. @kinyonga @MissSkittles @Beman

I haven’t had the experience of raising babies, but know a few things. They should pretty much be fed as much as they can eat, twice a day. Fruit flies, pinhead crickets and bean beetles are good choices for tiny little ones. Be careful with your lights. You don’t want to bake them with uvb or heat. Temps should be below 80. Absolutely essential! You must must must take lots of pics and share them with us.

You could try putting a piece of fruit in the cage with the hope of attracting fruit flies.
